Proyecto ACCESO Working to Protect the Environment on the U.S.-Mexico Border
With the idling vehicles lined up on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border, air quality has been negatively impacted.
With greenhouse gas emissions caused by increased traffic, Proyecto ACCESO has been developing a project for the authorities and citizens around the California-Baja California region to better monitor global warming and to take measures to enforce environmental standards.
This transnational challenge demands a transnational solution.
