Since 1998, Proyecto ACCESO has trained legal professionals in arbitration, mediation and other problem-solving skills. We first worked with CREA at the Universidad Católica de Temuco and then other partners from Santiago to Tijuana. California Western School of Law has long been a leader in Creative Problem Solving.
With the Trans-Pacific Partnership project underway, Proyecto ACCESO returns to its origins and looks to better access to justice and restorative practices that help people, the community and society at large.
Our conference with Universidad Católica in Santiago de Chile on June 30, 2015 brought together leaders in the arbitration and mediation field from the Canada, Chile, Macau and the United States.
