Proyecto ACCESO is promoting the rule of law throughout the Americas.

The ACCESO team works with all the sectors in the administration of justice. We are judges, prosecutors, public defenders, legal educators, and journalists. We are building new systems for conflict resolution that are fair, efficient and transparent.

By training legal innovators, together we are srengthening the rule of law in our Hemisphere.

ACCESO Director’s Message – 2006

Dear Friends:

What a year! 2005 was filled with wonderful events for ACCESO as we expanded our product line and our programs throughout Latin America.

ADVANCE ORAL ADVOCACY

It is a workshop on advanced oral trails techniques in which the main effort will be centered in the theme of the expert test and the incorporation of technology in the presentation of images and diagrams, to illustrate on a better way and, therefore, to convince the court that should decide about the case.

It is a matter of consolidating, expand and in some points deepen the knowledge learned by the previous workshops for basic students, in which they knew and they practiced the skills in deciphering the prominent elements of the case, the appropriate way of interrogating and witnesses and to prepare allegations of opening and closure of the audience.

As always we will work with practical cases in which the own students represent different roles.

We will deliver to the participants knowledge and experiences that will do successful its future performance as lawyers litigants in a oral system.
