Gabriela Novoa Muñoz is a Chilean lawyer who received her law degree from the law school at the Catholic University of Chile. An expert in commercial and banking law, she is the co--author of the book "Derecho del Mercado de Capitales" published by Editora Jurídica de Chile (second edition 1997).

She is a professor of various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Problem-Solving including Negotiation, Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration and has taught at several Chilean universities including the Universidad del Desarrollo de Concepción and the Escuela de Derecho de la Universidad Católica de Temuco and at the Judicial Academy of Chile.

She founded and is a member of a team of negotiators, mediators and arbitrators at the Centro de Negociación, Mediación y Arbitraje, (CENEMEDYA), which is part of the the law school at the Universidad Católica de Temuco.

Ms. Novoa joins the ACCESO Team after years of experience of developing and teaching courses from Chile to Panama.
