Rodrigo Lillo is a Chilean lawyer, who studied law at Universidad Diego Portales. A professor of law at the Universidad Catolica de Temuco, Sr. Lillo is an internationally recognized expert on indigenous peoples.
He conducts research at el Instituto de Estudios Indígenas de la Universidad de la Frontera and has been an advisor for the Asociación Comunal Mapuche Ñancucheo and other non-governmental organizations, a private litigator, and a consultant for the Chilean government.
