Angel Valencia Vasquez co-founded Proyecto ACCESO in 1998 when he was a Professor and Director of the Law School of the Catholic University of Temuco.
El Toro de la Justicia, as Angel is known in ACCESOlandia, has been the deputy chief of the Coordinating Unit for Criminal Procedural Reform at the Chilean Ministry of Justice.
A graduate of the University of Chile Law School, he has taught in judges, prosecutors, public defenders and law enforcement officials oral advocacy skills at universities at Universidad Alberto Hurtado, Universidad de Valparaiso, and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
He was a prosecutor of economic crimes at the Fiscalía Region in the municipal region of Santiago de Chile.
He has also developed ACCESO Kids programs and is the host of “Toro en Tijuana” for ACCESO Vision.
