PSA Toward a New Constituent Assembly in Bolivia

In 2007 and 2008, Proyecto ACCESO worked with the Presidential Representation for the Constituent Assembly in Bolivia (REPAC) to create a public education campaign about the Constituent Assembly, convened to create the New Political Constitution for the Plurnational State of Bolivia.

When Evo Morales was elected President of Bolivia for the first time in December 2005, he went about creating a Constituent Assembly tasked with creating a new Constitution for his Andean country.  Proyecto ACCESO worked with the President’s Representative for the Constituent Assembly (REPAC) in 2006 to create a public education campaign about the new Constitution and the creation of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.  This Public Service Announcement was part of that campaign.

Here are some early sketches for the PSA campaign and other publications that were generated during our work with the Vice-Minister of Decentralization, Fabian Yaksic, and other cabinet members.
